You have thought that I want to create www.ex.exampal.com in front of this domain name. To create it, you have to create a new website.  Build or create a site on Google or create it on WordPress or build it anywhere you want, but as soon as you publish that website, it has a URL, I mean to say that as soon as your website opens up  The URL of that website is inside a search bar, you copy that URL and click on your domain provider.  Go to the left side and click on your domain name, and as the domain name property will open, go down to the property where the DNS service is.
